Now you may not agree with the methods Icey used to reach number 1, you may not like the guy, you may not like his playing style.

But the fact is he did reach no1 and held it for a long time. The fact is he was an integral part of the top tribes, whether leading or organising, he is/was a known player.

If the guy has decided to call it a day and bow out now, then wish him well in whatever he has decided to do or keep quiet.

Perhaps I am one of a very few that has respect for my in-game enemies, so on that note...

Farewell Iceman, enjoy a TW free life :)

Or get your ass back in here and fight :p

And you will never see me in the lights of World 1. You will see me flame the heck out of nubs that screwed it up *cough*The_Iceman*cough*. He ran from nearly every fight, and used what ever fail tribe he started as a meatshield. Until one day T:V didn't do what Icy wanted; shield their beloved nub leader and allow him to run and hug somemore.

I do wish him well tho. He did what i couldn't do: Leave this game lulz

People play thow they wish, either way Iceman held the rank #1 for a long time, effectively helped lead a kinda successful tribe (in its day, lets be honest the standard has raised a lot in the last 2 years, so by today's standards TW aren't much of a tribe, though they had their day) and even stuck around for thousands and thousands of incomings from DVADER, yes, he took losses, but I guaruntee you out of 100 people, Iceman would be the one out of that 100 to keep going. Now I don't agree with his methods as much as you, and consider him to be a bit of a snake, but he is no noob.

Sure it may have been out of pride and spite he stuck around against DVADER, but this gives you no reason to draw any comparison to him, especially as discussion of him, involving him and whatever else has provided good entertainment on these forums over the years, and yes he may be a bit of a douche, but either way whats the point in getting on your high horse now he is quitting? Especially as you, yourself don't seem to be any kind of star.

Icey's no nub, says the guy picking off rubbish enemies in a inactive world, thanks for your opinion Asderf, but I have my own.

You small and bitter ppl, both sad and funny to see you boost yourselves over someone that has been in the game longer than you have and done better than you all. You can shout and scream all you want, you can never come around that fact.

Never forget that this is a game, and show some respect for your co-players. But I guess its easy to sit behind a comp and be disrespectful.

All the best to you Iceman, hope your improves from your illness.

Rubbish enemies? Wow, for someone who doesn't know my world you hit the nail right on teh head. lulz.

Personally i think its far better to fight rubbish enemies and hate them IG and in teh forums. Instead of being a tratior and nuking/nobling them, and then acting like they were worth a flip.

We can all noble barbs and become an in tribe capper and get to teh number one spot, but what would be teh fun in that?

As for hiding behind a computer I would say teh same things to his face IRL, but its too expensive to fly there :icon_wink:

Ice played the game to a way that suited him and he is likely one of the most well know players in .net atleast among worlds 1-20 who are you to take shots at him for how he played?

i had one conversation with ice before being added to his ignore list. maybe he was having a bad day or something, but he came across as straight up disrespectful. i thought that was rather out of order, and i lost a remarkable ammount of appreciation for his acomplishments in tw.

Nice to see you too, but yes you're right - we do dominate the north and there's no denying that you put up a good fight and almost stopped us from doing it. But the fact is that we're still here and you're not, and K24/34 will soon be Warlord-dominated.

At this stage in the game it's not down to how good a player you are or who has the most points in K24 (come on, you can hardly boast about your ops against WLE in K24 when we had at our peak probably less than 100 villages there - knocking me from 15 down to 4 villages is hardly an achievement for four 6 mil point players!) - but pure commitment and ability to stick it out against the odds, not hitting delete as soon as we lose a few villages, and this dedication and resilience is the speciality of the Warlords.

And I ditto Seren in my disappointment that Icey didn't hang around to put up a fight - we may as well be nobling abandoneds, and Sylvia can tell you that it gets boring after a while (or maybe it doesn't, never stopped T:V/TW doing it?) Another good player who's had enough - can't blame him!

Anyway, hope all you ex-players are/will be enjoying a TW-free RL, but the rest of us continue to fight and plan to continue - for those of us, Onwards to Victory!

i cant see the problem with people quitting
he isnt cowarding out or anything he is simply moving browser game!
