Is it legal to ¨merge¨ with another account in your tribe, keep a few villages and use all your nobles on barbs? That is called push accounting right?

Its a fine line I would send a support ticket in. Years ago you used to do that with any merge account but don't think its done now (could be wrong).
From what I remember as long as you do not have the details & log into the other account until after yours has gone from the world 24 hours you are okay.
What you are mentioning is not much different to bashing really.
