Overvoltageheh, is a 60 village deduction worth it?

probably something high to make him 'stop playing' (aka: effectively ban him)

ouch... 60 villages ?? that was more then half of his villages, he rly had made a big cheat lolol

i had 30 villages and my punishment was only 3 villages lol its about 1/10 of my villages and he got 60 ??

Well what can i say, next time dont break the rules
