Labeling does not work - bug?

Hi I got attacked and when I labelled "Axe" appeared. In reality the attack contained ram and cat. Why? Is it a bug?

If you label it labels it as if it was send at that time.
So for example if its coming from the village next to you and it travels 30 mins with ram.
If you log in 15 mins later and label it it will be labeled as Axe.
