Lc Rush

I'm a fan of LC for farming as much as the next player, but the cost tradeoff for having them on a limited haul world is too much for me to rush into them. So, although I'm chomping at the bit to build a stable, I'll hold off and keep growing my mines. The spears and swords I'm building are doing double duty.... good enough to farm with and stay at the cap, and provide an ever growing defense in case some cheeky noob thinks I'll be an easy farm because I look like a pointwhore.

I like that. Im gonna sit around and build mines and spear/sword and axe as soon as I have access to lc so I can at least get them when I need them. Spears work for now. But in two weeks they probably won't.

I'm used to having LC before leaving BP, so I confess it's giving me twitches to alter my usual start-up strategy... but adaptation is the name of the game.

Anyone who has them already, do you need to tech lc before you can can unlock the quest for having 15/15/15 mines?

I think it's worth it. You can build the LC when you have HQ 10 and 20/20/17 mines or so. In the time it takes you to build the rax and the smithy you gather the resources for the LC and scout research. This time would otherwise be spent waiting for resources to build up for the next mine upgrade. After you have the LC quest done you get an access to scouts and LC (makes for more lazy farming), loads of points <3 , and nearly all resources you spent are given back to you not delaying the time you queue your mine by more then an hour (my guesstime).

Exactly my thoughts, though we waited until 22/22/17. Now our queue is full Though Sacred, what have you built to have such high points since your mines are roughly the same as mine?

someone attacked me with 182 Axe, 250 spear and 3 scouts, cause his 40 scout scouting all died, his troops all died and he killed a few of mine, even 10 of my LC how dare he, the rest of my LC shall now farm him into infinity.
