My friend once again attacks mission 1 and cata's his smithy down a few levels and kills his acadamy before mission 1 manages to get some support.

Is looking like I need to start to look for other options in w42. Since you currently control the continent I am in. I figured I would ask you first. I have been battling with mission 1 for a few weeks now and would not mind a stop to wasting both of our time. I have a bit of game expeirence prior to this world. I am playing this world with a coplayer, he also has a bit of experience. I will not agree to a sit before being accepted if you descide on such an action. If you want to know how well I play....ask mission. I have an account on w25 if you want to look me up there....though I have let it slip a bit since I started playing here. My coplayer plays on w25...a world I also playe don for a bit. You can look him up if you like as well, his name is dronning iben. Thanks to mission we have put alot of work into this world and I am not ready to give that up yet.

Then my guess would be that you do not have to ask him. My tribe just sent out the death rattle msg, thanks to manic(mostly anyways from what I know) most have already descided to change worlds or quit. So I need to find a new home or hit delete. As stated in the previous msg, I feel that I have put enough work into this village already to at least make a try to stick arround.

[player]stiskavica[/player] has been a good neighbor. I know his sitters and have talked to him a few times. I used him to backtime a couple times and he was trying to help me out when he was sending those nukes. He might ask because I switched, I do not know yet though. He might just quit. Was a premade afterall, they just did not plan it out well enough.

Me and iben have pretty good online times for each other. Usually only a couple hour gop between when I am on and when he is. So most sitters only need to mark inc.

Just a little manic insider here. Just to show how much of a backstabing bunch of fools they are. Those that are allied to them might want to pay particular attention to this. Eventually you will find out how willing they are going to be in returning the support you so freely send them.

I mean, since you're not in my tribe and you're nowhere near me I just dont care. And I doubt manic cares. Are you thinking they might say something like, "HEY THIS GUY IS A NOOB, ONLY MAKING A ONE SECOND TRAIN? HE NEEDS SAME SECOND TRIAN!" Then kick him, invite you instead. Maybe a bus full of playboy playmates breaks down infront of your house and they dont have any money to reward you for your help...

But seriously, what are you hoping to gain by posting this? You're not getting any posts because its boring and no one cares. I dont think it'll accomplish anything either if that's what you're hoping, unless you have some ridiculous dreams... He'll probably get you eventually. If nothing else the constant harassment is going to screw you over.

I posted this here as a testiment to their dirty tactics. Who cares about 1 second trains, I am refering to their attmepted fix. Invite me to the tribe, let me hang out for a couple days. Enough time to losen me up for a support request. Then kill my troops boot me and try to noble me. Hence the quotes from their leader, the player that invited me then later booted me so he could send a train from his sit. If your an ally to this group of backstabers, nothing like a little warning to what you can expect from this tribe.

While I may only speak for myself on this, but as a general rule when I lead a tribe, if a tribe has shaddy practices, such as constant lieing, constant backstabbing, constant disloyality to its members/allies, I generally don't trust them to be allies, atleast, not in the sense I actually expect them to be worthy anything other then a threat to me and mine, but then again thats me.

And threads like this one, were they invited a member, only to have him send support off cause he was trying to help them, and then kick that member so that a noob of theirs can attempt to noble him after failing over and over on it, shows that they don't really respect others, and can't be trusted. If I was a member of a tribe that did something like that, I'd personally demand to know what the leadership was thinking and if they couldn't come up with a valid reason for their backstabbing I'd be all about bailing on their arse.

Look at there stats, "Tribe Changes: 282 ", 282 changes, with a 80 member tribe, that means every other player that joins the tribe is either booted/leaves, either they have the worlds crappist recruiting process, or leaderships only concern is to how the members are going to help the tribe.

Here is a list of players that left Manic since Dysterious was booted. Interestingly enough, they are still at 80 members.

If you're in manic, you are a target for internal enoblement. The top people are recruiting you so that you will do their bidding eventually fall behind and get eaten by your tribe. Where did your bottom members go when HoT merged with you?

If you are an ally of manic. You are a target, first kill your enemies then screw your friends are these leaders perspectives. They declared on HoT. They'll declare on 3DX, FBIA. I was there, I know you are a target, just as soon as it is convenient. They will abandon you like yesterdays used condom. You are fools to trust this tribe.

If you are me. You will get countless mails from manic members, wondering if they can join. Praying there is a better place for them than in manic. You will watch as manic grows until someone has the time and energy to form something up that will murder their mass recruiting butts. I lothe the way their leadership plays; like each person is a means to an end. I was the top player for manic for a few days, I watched their skype, and I know how they are planning on taking over this world. To be #1 at all costs.

This is their strategy.

#2 Noble barbs, inactive players, and recruit!
#3 Lie, cheat, steal, betray. If you are friends with this tribe, you are next.

Imo Manic represents the worst kind of tribe out there. Instead of playing this game based on skill and activity they win based on lies and betrayal. It might be fun to be a part of, but most the people a part or allies with manic are only going to be back stabbed.


So, I am the upteenth person to post on manic. They are famous! There has to be some hint of truth in what we are saying. Manic has garbage leadership and their biggest targets are the people they bring to trust them.

In 6 months, I hope someone brings up this post =) I've seen these tribes before, they aren't new. Boastful braggarts with Napoleon complexes. Fail in my book, but really successful on some worlds.

This thread is about manic leadership inviting a player, asking him for support, he supports, his troops get killed, and then they kick and try to noble him, rather than about the speed of the train.

Just shocking that some players have so little decency that they try to trick someone into supporting and then nobling him.

If there is a strong enough leader in this area, I could point out and possibly convince enough good players to join said tribe to challenge Manic, but honestly is there a strong enough leader, who has the time and desire to deal with these degenerates?

I agree that chances are that will happen to them but hopefully they can get some dignity and fair play if that is how they play this game. whats the point in being number 1 if you got there by underhanded tactics where is the accomplishments.

That is true Scott, just a shame a tribe that had so much potential will end up being a laughing stock over this pathetic performance.

Wake up Manic leaders and show the world that you can perform without mass-recruiting and backstabbing players.

I think Dysterious could lead the tribe better blindfolded.

Geez, when people do stuff like that I usually just think it's funny. W22 I got two tribes to fight each other so I wouldn't have to fight them both by convincing one to attack the other. I mean, they figured it out and all attacked me but still it was funny hearing them freak out thinking the other was going to attack them. I mean, its not like the stood a chance against me, they had that standard arguement, "You have twice as many points as me, you must be a point whore without any troops"

They were wrong. I farm a lot. I guess that's why I dont care when people say stuff like this. I've been called a backstabber and Cheater (Lol, I love this one. Like I'm running samurai/Lancer hacks to double my swordsman/spearman stats) It's just a game. And if you were better why didn't they pick you instead of him? Better luck next time. The rim is full of noobs and you can stomp on them. Since you're going to lose eventually why not restart and get a head start? Spite? It's probably the most powerful human emotion and I understand that. (Disney says it's love but that's bs).\

But my question was, What are you expecting to get out of this. And you answered it. To slander Manic. We had a tribe like this on W22 that did a lot of cannibalism and nobling of tribes internally (Sub tribes of tribes), multiple academy tribes. Eventually it died. All you have to do to kill a tribe is convince everyone it sucks. Doesn't matter if it's true. You convince everyone it's terrible and people inside break and disband and people outside wont.

He is a part of the Manic leadership. (last I knew.) It is most likely he left to do some things, and then rejoined once he accomplished whatever it was.

Other than that I completely agree with your post. I just wanted to point that detail out.
