No need for a lot of experience as long as you are willing to learn.

Needing times covered from 22:00 to 11:00 ST M-F and multiple times on weekends. I love playing but I also have a family that I love even more.

That's why you post in the W75 recruitment forum. Yes this forum gets more views, but that doesn't change the fact its the wrong place to post.

Generally speaking the concept of sub forums is to separate threads and topics by category when the parent forum is actively used. This currently is not the case and probably even the sheer quantity of separate forums contributes to the apparent paucity of posts.

B: General purpose forum
C: Recruitment forum
D: Off-topic Forum
E: Existence of PM functionality
F: Off-topic posts in A with the complaint that A is off-topic and should not be in B but in fact should be in C. Where either E or D would of been a more appropriate medium.
