To have experience at running top accounts
To be able to make decisions on your own
to meet your online times
to not slack off farming wise
We farm a lot.. we get LOTD every time we attempt to go for it we farm for packets and fast rebuilds of army without extensive farming you will not last on the account.. we use twfarmreport.. no exceptions
and all the usual stuff of t-train mass faking sniping

If you're not up to scratch you will not last past the interview stage.
