In the forum it says they cancelled there NAPs to get more farms? (why have NAPs in the first place).
The two players under attack did get support, which Is good start.

Rules of MAGNUM!
#1) Participate in the Tribe: Be active and speak your mind in the forums. If you agree or disagree with an opinion, let the rest of us know. At the same time you need to work with your tribe-mates as a team. Speak with your team leader or battle group leader as to coordinate with your nearby tribe-mates on assigned targets or ops.
#2) Choose Targets Wisely: Barbarian villages will be targets just for strategic purposes.
#3) Aggressiveness: Players should always have double the ODA of their points at a minimum. Our goals are to make ourselves better, not to let our skills slip.
#4) Wars: Attacks at war-time must have some coordination. A time and date for attacks needs to be decided for each attacking wave.
#5) Warning: The tribal leadership agrees to give the tribe a 36-hour advance warning on any war that MAGNUM starts.
#6) Support: Pay attention to the support thread in the tribal forum. It's crucial we act like a team and help each other.
#7) Reports: Forward ALL reports of significance to the entire tribe.
Failure to adhere strictly to these rules may be cause for being kicked from the tribe. Tribal leadership is also subject to these rules. Follow their example. If you cannot, then you are not SunTzu material. If you can, then you probably don't need to read these rules ever again.
Please make sure to contact any of the barons or dukes for assignments when you receive this.
Contact Porter12 or Sir Ramp to assign you into your Battle Group.
