Seeing this is a prem only world, I think its really
important for you all to know how to fund your account properly.
What I use is a website called Lightspeed.
It is a survey site where you can redeem points from doing surveys
to get PayPal cash.
I use this and make more than the needed £6 a month for this game.

You cannot register from that site directly but if you google
Join Lightspeed, you will see plenty of non-lightspeed sites
that allow you to register. Lightspeed does this because the amount
of people it needs for a full survey pannel is getting close.
To make it work you must have a PayPal that is partially activated
up to waning bank details. You must also use the same e-mail
address on Lightspeed as you have for PayPal, if you want a different
e-mail for it then you have to fiddle about with the settings in
PayPal or the redeeming form on Lightspeed and risk not getting paid
if you do it wrong.

p.s. Lightspeed is only 1 of many, many survey sites. Some may be better or worse but Lightspeed is the one I know and rely on.
EDIT: You are allowed to put this in your forums/profile/in mails to others as much as you want. HOWEVER If anyone uses this mini-tutorial and doesn't give me credit for putting it together and finding it out then they are gits.
