Hi,
Quick tweak,
If you have a village with a 6% def flag and select mass assign 4% it will overwrite the 6% flag, I propose that if you attempt to mass assign lower level flags it only overwrites villages with either a different flag or flags with lower % than the flag you're attempting to mass assign.
