Mass Publicize Reports

Hey I was think that it would be a great idea to implement an option to mass publicize reports with the option to hide troops counts and stuff just like when you do them individually.

it would be nice if the report went into report display instead of the other thing that links it because then you have to erase them and then put spoiler and report display on them.

This is a great idea, especially when sharing a lot of reports with locals that you aren't too sure about sharing troop counts with. (@EmperorFluff I just c/p into notepad and do a mass find and replace)
