Mercenary wow that is dumb. I would say yes then set him a target miles away then noble his village while his troops are out.

look tell him to attack some OLB players and declare war on them... and what you give in return would be...

1) protection
2) tribe refuge
3) personal allaince
4) tribe personal allaince


and last but not least... once he asks for help... tell him you don't accept refugee... lol and before that get him to forward all attack reports and find the decent farms or already cleared village... :icon_twisted:

You do know these are quite good further on in the game. And aslong as the relationship between mercenary and the hiring party are good, they can work quite well.

The best example of this (what I can think off) was Darryk (W1) when he used a mercenary tribe called Hitmen to hit all the low moral targets he had

Protection and resources. Do bare in mind, Mr Darryk was miles ahead of everyone in the area and was pretty good at the game and not the most compromising player (ie. you take a village near me, I rim you)
