It would have been a walk in the park
Massive shame I missed this world :icon_sad:

Here's a thought. Don't make posts that break the rules at all, and maybe, just maybe, you'll enter the new year without any new infractions. :3
Come on guys, no moderator doesn't mean no rules. It's a chance to show everyone we don't need moderators. The fact that Jake can go back and find posts that break the rules just shows that we still need moderators for every section.
Now how about we all make a New Year's resolution where we all be on our best behavior? ^^
Not that I care myself, but id say it'd be bullshit for you to go through and give infractions for the time that TW and your staff failed to provide us with a mod.

The absence of a mod have been unfortunate, but it didnt give the users a carte blanche to ignore whatever rules they wish. That said, I dont expect there will be any trailing through every single post made to punish for any single thing - offtopic posts would at most get deleted if old, but outright swearing or insulting going against clearly outlined parts of the forum rules would still be within the domain of potential punishments.
Not everyone new to these externals read the rules just saying, so with no mod enforcing them by deleting and infracting the posters then new people will think it's actually ok to say such things (not terrible words but bad ones all the same) So it's all the tw staff fault (bow)
We did miss you
Who needs rules when you have a zombieIt has been stated before, and I'll state it once more on behalf of Jirki. Being new is no excuse for not knowing the rules. When you first join, you're made aware of the rules. There is even a link at the top that says, "Forum Rules." The rules aren't some shiny item that Smeagal is hiding away in some deep cave. So claiming, "I'm new and don't know the rules!" is not an excuse. It simply shows your lack of ability to read the rules. Or, more likely, you know the rules but think claiming you're new is a get out of jail for free card.
I've been here for years, so trust me when I say this. There is only ONE way to avoid infractions and warnings. And that's by simply following the rules to begin with.

Okay we get it Mr. White Knight. You will not get infracted without breaking the rules. But different mods have different views on the rules so it is different from mod to mod. Knee on. :icon_rolleyes:

My views on the rules are exactly how the rules are read. You insult someone, you get infracted. Abusive language gets infracted. etc. etc. If it helps for you to know, of the current moderators throughout the different forums, I am probably the strictest mod. So stay on the safe side. If you think it may be infraction worthy, don't say it
