So I was away for about 10 days recently as I was competing in a national laser tag tournament. My team ended up finishing 11th out of 22 teams from Australia and NZ but part of the competition was filmed by the ABC national news team and theres a few good shots of me in there.
I'm the tall guy with the red shirt.

Haha that was were you were. Spotted you quite a lot of times nice ranking too.

I've always liked Laser Tag but never went into it seriously because the amount of money they charge here which is crazy :(

Thanks, yeah it was about 1000 dollars for the week, that included flights, accomodation, food and rego fee's. So it wasn't too bad. Our accomodation was extremely luxurious too.
Much fun was had by all and it was well worth it. As the sport grows and evolves in popularity/coverage we may eventually get sponsorship and get paid to play or play for free.
There is a world competition where sponsorship is given out.
