Just by taking a look at your tribe profile I can tell you already it should fail. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt by saying should, because anything can happen.

1) Most likely mass recruited.

2) Mentioning leadership has experience is how you might of gotten some of those mass recruits.

3) Profile looks too much like a mass recruit tribe, such as the fancy pictures (forget the word for it, sorry.) and the 'Open/Limited/Close' phrase.
