Morale Ending?

At what point in the world does morale stop? I thought I read somewhere that it happened once the end game phase started, which would equate to either 17(motivational, yut) days from now, or it would equate to the last 90 days of the server. Not real sure which, or even if I read that about this world. Anyone know anything?

Its different in every world. In W60 for example, morale was never removed thouhg the world closes very soon.
