Pretty sure it depends also on how long both of you have played this world

Use the morale calculator in the simulator. Put in the enemys points and your points. Check morale.

Lol, its been there for years. They even have he morale calculator (I think) mentioned in the silly litle quest that has you fiddle with your sim.
