Move near friend

Hi, i'm new to the international tribalwars.net server. Is there a way to relocate or move the village next to a friend? I do not see the options when using Relocate, nor the option to invite friends. Is this intended?

Sometimes this setting is disabled in the settings for a world.
Normally you should get this option when using the item and when it is enabled in the settings.
