My points aren't going up

I have upgraded three buildings and I have only gained a couple of points. I checked and the total points I should have for my buildings far exceeds 32, perhaps 40 or 50. What happened? Did I just make a stupid maths error?

Village Headquarters (Level 1)
Rally point (Level 1)
Statue (Level 1)
Timber camp (Level 1)
Clay pit (Level 1)
Iron mine (not constructed)
Farm (Level 1)
Warehouse (Level 1)
Hiding place (Level 1)

I think its just the buildings that didn't upgrade instantly (with the delay thing). Soz, I forgot what its called...

yeh mine arent going up either. Later in the game theyll sort it out

Also, is it just for the things that have overdrawn or whatever... ooh.. they just went up
