Need an agressive tribe in K37

Hello,

I am currently looking for a tribe in K36/K37(Situated at border). I am not a master at this game, but I do understand basic concepts, and looking forward for a chance to excel.

I am looking for following points in the tribe: Good leadership, Forum activity and Controlled Aggression.
