It doesn't say on the items themselves, or in the event description thread, but is kind of important since that would affect if I spend premium for extra spins and/or if I use items now or save them for later.
I know some of the items are identical to previous events which are supposed to be usable on other worlds, but I have also seen some of those offered as a bonus for buying premium which were not supposed to be usable on other worlds, and many of them I have not seen before so I am unsure.
I tried searching the forums, but nothing came up, and I tried googling it, but the only thread asking for questions and feedback were on another tribalwars forum site.
