nontranferable premium can be transfer soon

Hello guys i have a question , i gained premium in the other previous world of mine using market system and sadly its not tranferable and using it at my current world after staying long in the world and now near to be end, i look at my premium and i notice that my nontransferable premium can be transfer now??? how is this happen ?

staying in the world for long time can change your non transferable pp to be transferable??

That is correct, some premium that is temporarily restricted can become transferrable in time. This time is usually stated on the premium transfer page.
