Not-so-straightforward Tribe COA - PP Offered

Am looking for a very specific tribe COA. I have a flash animation (.swf) that will need to be converted to an animated GIF within the TW size and dimension parameters. Will then need tribe name and tagline added in a cool corresponding font. If this is something you can do, please PM me and we can discuss details and payment terms. Thanks!

No. But you can "Export As" .GIF - it doesn't mean it will work like that, but you can give it a shot, if the format is the same, it should work.
