Implemented Notebook -> Additional Tabs

At the minute, we can only have 5 tabs in the notebook.
Which is fine earlier on in the world, but as things progress and attack plans get larger - more tabs are required.

Would it be possible to up the limit of tabs from 5 to perhaps 10? I'd even be willing to "unlock" additional tabs with PP (perhaps 50pp/tab) if that's what it took.

Voted for yes. Also the biggest improvement that can be done regarding Notebook is to increase the brackets limits. Right now the limit is reached very fast when using for example every kind of mass attack planner tool which makes the output of those tools unusable practically.

Only 5 tabs is almost always to little. Bracket size is usually a bigger issue tho, so that would be nice if that changed too
