has to be said it actually is just that..I'm not interested in messing with times, arguing about disparity in numbers, size to noble rate ratios or anything, it's pretty even at moment and also importantly, it's fun, woot!

That would be a little hard to do when Hyper is allied to both Deus and TTD.
I swore my allegiance to them back when Ayreon and Kings were neighbors and that will not change as long as I am in charge.

Besides ,,,,
Neither RS nor I said who we were going to war in 5 days now did we ?????
All he said was for Hyper to prepare for war ....

Seeing as the stats are so even I think you should declare a draw, and then both merge into (and make a family of) ~L.E~
