No need to apologise. When you wrote
As C.K.A are not actually involved in this war there is no "C.K and family" so it is your tribe against the 50% of C.K members who are in K52 which makes the numbers about even by my reckoning.

I thought you were stating a fact but from your last post, it is clear that this was either an assumption or PnP so others would see you as the underdog so I thank you for the clarification.

Well then i guess i should say we also declare on their family tribe C.K.A 
And may i add we would still be out numbered, just because they are not in K52 does not mean they have no involment with the war, we have had attacks from K53, and well they are probably supporting from there too.
And no TWA is not an ally or family at this time so...

He probably just wanted to noble a village to lower the moral of his enemy. Not like it matters, His tribe can support him and he can mass produce defensive units. If they know what they are doing they will be fine.

Perhaps he knew you would dodge it so he only sent a few troops to take out your wall and if hes gets backtimed he can backtime your backtiming with the main bulk of his army?

Update on the war.
The war is very evenly matched, after we had stuck the first blow, C.K began attacking back and doing well. C.K.A seemed to have caught the disease i like to call 'Roll over and die'. I would say it is now ~D{I} vs C.K
I expect noblings on C.K's part soon.
Overal the war is very exciting, although not many nobles down here, many clearences on both sides.Some player truly showing their skill.

Yeah it's mainly the players in K53 that are doing their noblings, i don't think they have nobles in K52 yet. Not sure but the village that got nobled off us was near the K53, and nobled from K53. So it seems that way.
Also the war seems to have slowed down a bit.
