It's a matter of semantics to say that people being unimpressed so far are not saying it's bad - IMHO people are appearing negative to MTS achievements and ignoring the stats, twisting it to suggest that our initial hit was an overly expensive exercise.

People look through and interpret the stats. To take stats on face value as just the numbers will loose you a war.

It wasn't - we gained a lot of villages but more importantly we freed up more troops form the surrounding areas, those areas had troops tied down until we cleared the SITH presence so it was an essential part of it for us.

I didnt argue against this. I said you fell into SITHs hands and gave them the space they needed internally.

They either didn't put enough there or they wasted def troops and still lost a bunch of villages then.
Either defend the villages to keep them or don't bother wasting the troops in the first place.

If sith were to stack enough to keep those villages they would have lost all their D and front lines would be extremely vulnerable. If they were to empty them and allow you to take them with no losses would be a the stupidest thing in TW history.

They didn't waste any time of ours, we chose to attack and we did so - a use of time not a waste of time.

my point is the time you used there was time they needed you to use. You had no other choice due to, as you say, tied down D.

Notwithstanding that they didn't do anything with the time anyway - if they were expecting this situation I would have expected an immediate counterstrike, not a 6 village gain from their first op over a week later.

I cannot speak for SITHs lack of immediate counterstrike. however I know they have D in place. Pure and simple.

I'm sorry (genuinely) I can't go through all this but just a couple of more general points.

Why would we use K75 and K77 south nukes to attack in K66/56 etc. Leave the clusters amongst us and send the nukes continents away?

No thanks, given the choice I'd rather use them locally and quickly - get the rebuild underway quickly so they can be used again or switch the ville to def build.

Again I didn't suggest otherwise. It was bound to happen that you would need to do this which was good for SITH (though theres was a few ways sith could have used these villages for good this I think was the best)... maybe you understood this time?

It's not just as easy as coming up with 'number of O villages used / number of villages gained' stats - the location they were in has to be factored in, the motivation behind the attacks, the plan going forward - it's more complex than just number of nukes used etc.

However I do not believe for one second that what nukes used from where was deliberate. I actually think that you all claimed villages and nuked with most convenient villages for you without thinking of consequence. I think this because of the randomness of times of ennoblements and locations of ennoblements too. (I'm generalising and know that some of you will have thought about things more)

I've already said we didn't coordinate properly on this - there was no need to so long as it was still within a window.
In a nutshell that window needed to be clear in such a way that defence can't be shifted around within the cluster then noble before support can arrive from elsewhere.

I'm sure we could have made the stats look better by nobling within a shorter timescale but it honestly didn't occur to me that we should, just for appearances sake

Wouldn't dream of suggesting SITH are toast, I don't believe it for a second - but posting stats and adding a bit of context shouldn't be taking as such - I don't gloat I just post.

I won't go in to too much internal detail, obviously, but to suggest it was some kind of haphazard random go get 'em situation is to do a bit of a disservice - the nukes that were used, or rather where they came from, was deliberate - as was the plan in those areas and closer to the front lines.

Where are they jumping to? I would guess this is when mts publicly states any villages in sith in the start of the war is thiers if the war goes thier way. Jumping ship does not look good for sith.
