Inviting small but decent tribes to join us is a much better approach than mass recruiting anything with an academy and teaching them to noble small barbs and make defense. Just sayin'.

I don't think that is the case at all, they have proven themselves in this world. Even if you don't like them you still have to give them some credit. Personally I think they want end game as soon as possible, and I don't blame them.

If you mean even battle, who goes into a battle where they think the opponent has an equal change of winning?! A fool thats who. If someone else had taken up war with us, fair enough, we would have risen to the challenge.
So stewinthepot, I think you will find its elsewhere in the world where people lack these balls you talk of. I suggest you climb the tree and take a look at the larger picture before making you poorly thought through naive statements.
