I find this so-called 'new generation' to be boring. Yes, they're good at startup. But as soon as tactics come into play, other than what building to build first, they run out of steam. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are some great players who fall into that category, but I'd rather be average across the board than only good at startup, mid-game, late-game, etc.. I see many Portuguese players here who claim that 'sprinters are the best there ever was and will be' (paraphrased). It takes more than knowing how to manage some resources for 2 weeks to play TW as a whole. This is not to say that 'sprinters' are bad players or anything else, they're just boring to me. Spend 2-4 weeks building up an account, just to delete it and claim the title of 'the best' because no one conquered any villages from them.
Also; .net is not .pt.

Basically saying that just because someone had a good run on one world does not mean that they're going to have a good run on another world, regardless of experience.
