Well to me personally it depends on why I have been holding grudges towards a person.
There have been a couple players on past worlds that I wouldnt like to play with again, but some of them later turned out to be loyal friends after playing on another world with them. Tw is like real life...enemies can become friends and the other way round no matter for what exact reason that happened, so I would never join a world and think oh no player xyz is there, I dont want to play with him or her.
But everybody has a different opinion on that
