No yet they haven't, at least not as a tribe, but many of their players are giving up. My wish for an OTB free W3, is coming true ))

No more broken treaties, no more midnight attacks, no more stealing towns from ROA. The clouds are parting, and the sun is shining brightly.

otb is a term used for a group of noobs who aim for points over all else and offer to join EVERYONE around them so there are no opponants.
