Outgoing Command Filter

I like to use overviews->commands->attacks, but it becomes near useless when mass farming.


So I have 2 possible solutions, though I'd prefer both.
- a filter like we have in incoming attacks,
- a disable toggle for attacks sent by Loot Assistant
