Does the paladin only need to be stationed in the village?

To get all his skill buffs?

Even if he is not in the attacking army, you still get the buffs?

What i know is you need the paladin in the attacking army to activate his offensive buffs.

Or is it just the persuasion skill that the paladin needs to be stationed?

I dont get the persuasion skill. Pls someone explain it to me.

Another question:
I just saw this question about tech level.
Is it still true that when you have a lv3 sp or sw in your def village, then support it to your offensive village, does the tech level change once its there?
I hope not and I just cant believe it happened in the past.

Another question:
How do we see the tribe activity?
Like the one you will see when you log in for the first time of the day..
Next to your own statistics..

The one that tells you who captured a village from whom..
I think it really is helpful if we can view it regularly.

In all circumstances, the paladin needs to be involved in the fighting. Which means it needs to be present in the defending village or in the attacking army. The only exception to this is the persuasion skill.

For the persuasion skill, the paladin needs to be stationed in the originating village of the attacking army.
On a regular world, loyalty decreases with 20-35 per nobleman attack. If for example you would decrease loyalty by 23 in a normal attack, the persuasion skill at level 4 will increase this by 10 and therefore decrease loyalty by 33.

When attacking, the tech level of the originating village matters; When defending, the tech level of the defending village matters (and as a result not the tech level of the village the stationed troops originate from). This is also explained on our wiki:
