In world 89, where one can have multiple paladins, can I relocate my paladin between villages without losing their skills?

Also, if a paladin dies, does the new paladin come with the same skills or are those reset?

Yes, you can relocate your paladins to other villages and they don't lose their skills.
When a paladin dies you can revive him and he will still have his skills.
