At now event Battle of the Tower is going.

As I see, here is two permanent items
  • Effective Workers Permanently increase wood, clay, and iron production of the current village by 3 %
  • Growing Crops Permanently increase the maximum population of the current village by 10 %
If I already have Effective Workers, can then I use second this on same village for 6 %? Or use two Growing Crops for 20 %?

I guess it isn’t possible but I just want to be sure.
