placing of villages

Question:
How do villages get placed on map after pre-register?
I know , people in tribes get stacked together, but what about others, do they get placed randomly?
If players join late, they are supposed to be near the rims of map, but if they make it into tribes just before preregister ends, do they get placed in the core?

This world, they get put randomly...if you check your inventory though you have a relocation tool you can use and utlise to join with teammates!

I joined during preregister, before the start of world, but got placed near rim, ofcourse i didn't join a tribe
but i see some people without tribes at the core, so had doubt. Thanks for the reply
