Oh and Stallhill, I dunno if two of those wars were much of a war. Ad Inf - Don't think those spear nukes are getting you far. And again Pnx - Well they died quickly so I don't know how much ODD you actually got from them.
Only the other hand, Axl swallowed...I think the exact number was 159 nukes (from a single player at that)...on ten villages and still not have the targeted villages cleared. Add on to that plethora of nukes he's swallowed elsewhere from various players, and it added up quite quickly (check his ODD growth lately. It even upsets him) :lol:

But the stats speak for themselves, I am the first player over 30m ODD. Axl is still some way behind.
And yes, I can confirm that I have defended similarly - massive numbers of nukes at numerous villages. I can't remember numbers per se, but I think the highest was 27 nukes at one village.
My stalingrad like defence started way back when MILK decided to teach me a lesson. I upset JamieRed, and he decided to get MILK to rim me. That didnt work, and MILK at the time were no.2 tribe in w16, whereas I was in a small K33 only tribe (NWL).
Then there was ORC-BANG! war. the critical issue here was that I was centred on K33 which was the frontline, probably 90% of my villages were within 9 hours of ORC villages (ORC players like Lawrence109, pedro clara, ivanvk, ollie10 etc) also throughout K33. Now that was fun, if somewhat scary to wake up and see nukes inbound, but again, I defended like a maniac, frsutrated my enemies, and absorbed almost everything they threw at me. K33 gradually became a BANG! continent off the back of my defence. Admittedly, thats were most of my ODD came from (I dunno, but I reckon it got me upto about 25m).
After that, PNX and Ad Inf were the threat. Admittedly, Ad Inf do have a liking for Spear Nukes, but then I guess my points don't grow so much if I kill 6000 attacking spears - so I must have got the other 5 million ODD points somehow? Well sure, PNX attacked all my k25 villages at the start of the war (about 20vills vs. Dazander, elrey, andy t9, hunter 1994,) I lost about 3 villages I think, but turned that around and conquered more than i lost while killing virtually every nuke that came my way.
Meanwhile in K21, Ad Inf figured to attack my local villages - so now I am defending on two fronts vs 2 tribes (attacking players from Ad Inf included weepinwillow, bigpimpinova, fallingman, totalwar88, pokemoon32, tigg78 (yes, mostly spear nukes from her), gn0me, saratoga42, amarchi, chief geronimo, alexx9583, tryandcatchme, daniH, HaydenA, kotf4, slikknikk). Because the Ad Inf attacks are more recent, I still have many of theirs in my reports, just counted 240+, this includes in some instances to full offensive arsenals of players either desperate to send everything or just suiciding themselves.
LOL, on the face of it Ju, I don't want to come across as arguing over a silly issue (although I suspect I have failed, and so I do sincerely apologise) as I have enormous respect for Axl and do agree that he is having to defend like never before, and doing so admirably, however I think I am perhaps a teensy weensie bit justified in thinking I have been doing it a little longer, and offtimes, against the odds (MILK, ORC....both bigger than me by a country mile).
So again, I apologise for my pedantics, it is such a largely unimportant issue, but its one of my only claims to fame LOL, so I must stand my corner. After all, Axl easily outperforms me in Points, villages, and ODA, so forgive me for trying to keep hold of my "Nuke Swallowing Crown" :lol:
