Yeah it appears as though the remnants of those defeated/removed/still holding on in W41 have created a large number of accounts.
Not that it matters that much.... there are about 200 accounts in the world that can even fight or inflict some harm.

There's about 500 accounts that are inactive (inactive by the way of having less than 1k total points and not growing).
