This may be true i never actually looked into it much, i just knew odd numbers were no pp worlds back then.

Ya you can check out the massive size discrepancy from the odd to even worlds back then. Makes it even more laughable when they claimed it was an accident this time.

Plus a good 50% of the player base on any new pp world is literally just farming pp, maybe more? who knows.....
