I'm a bit bored with the forums at the moment. So i feel maybe a glorified popularity contest might liven things up a bit in the interesting reading department of these boards.

Rather then filling in the entire survey, I'll fill in what I think matters (and what I have a real opinion on prior to opening this topic).

Most Entertaining P&P poster

Hands down, I have to give this to JPolhman. He's got the "unfair advantage" of being a writer, but it's what makes his declarations so good. I could care less who he's fighting, I just love to read his posts. Makes me want to buy a book :icon_wink:

Best Tribe Representation

I have three people I want to recognize. The first would have to be my tribe mate k9burn (aka, canine-). He's very sensible, remains respectful of everyone when he posts despite the fact he may disagree with them, and is overall a great guy. I couldn't ask for better representation. Add on to the fact he's a helpful member all over the forum in the more general sections and not just a frequenter of the W30 forums, he's a great addition to the community.

The next two players would have to be AK_Iceman and Rygardal, and for many of the same reasons as k9burn. Though I've not been able to frequent these forums for some time, I've always enjoyed reading their posts regardless of topic. They have an opinion, and they are able to convey it in a very efficient manner.

Least Entertaining P&P Poster

Though this isn't one of the topics above, I feel that it is a valid one. For me, I would have to mention Pajuno. So far, I've heard a lot of great things from him, ranging from his leadership qualities and his PnP abilities. Truth be told, I typically don't see much more then arrogance and a lot of yelling. Perhaps it's because I had such high expectations of him from listening to other posters, or perhaps I just don't know him well enough (read, I've never really had much more then cursory contact with him), but I'm a bit disappointed to be honest.

My first impression of him personally was a rather negative one, but I've said the same about others in the past and been proven wrong. Though I don't often like to admit being wrong, in this case, I hope he can prove that I am and show me some more substance. In either case, I look forward to it.

Inflrc is intelligent, kind and reasonable. A good player and an even better friend, he has proven himself time and again to me.

Banned4Life is a powerful mixture of style and skill. This man has demonstrated an avid passion (addiction) for this game, and an even greater passion for the tribes he has led and fought alongside. He is funny and courageous.

Most Disliked Player:

2-Skunk15

Rutlirules has jumped tribes left and right, all to avoid the wrath of an entire tribe he/she managed to piss off. While I don't have anything against this player personally, it is impressive to me to see a player that has sparked the distaste of so many players.

Skunk15, nothing personal fella, but your brash attitude and disrespect for authority has earned a place in my list of least liked. (JK) Your not that bad fella, I just thought I'd tease you a bit.

This is a difficult one, as this world is rich with diverse and powerful personalities. I am very fond of what I've seen from many of the recurring top-20 tribes, among these being THE, BD, Tardis, -=TA=-, {TBD} to name a few.

-=TA=- have had a steady place in higher ranking, and while they have not shined as brightly as I believe they could, I can see them doing so down the road.

Phoenx has been a bit of a sub-celebrity, claiming far more than their fifteen minutes. Will they rise to the top?

One can read above the many reasons that Banned has proven himself to me. Having played first hand under his leadership, I put him in first place for all that I know from first-hand experience.

As for the THE duo, it was a toss up for me between them and Tribal War Lord, who has proven to be a very kind, intelligent and skilled player/leader. the duo won due to the undeniable success of their tribe on this world. It speaks well of a team to have built such loyalty from as far back as world one, and the successes of their leadership cannot be denied.

Again, none worth mentioning.

I can honestly say that at this point of the game, I am quite literally surrounded with excellent leadership. To the west, Tribal War Lord, AK_Iceman, to the immediate south Mr.MacMan, Orange Crush to the north, Rygardal to the east, just name a few of the closer Leaders. At this point, I cannot pinpoint as none of them are poor in any way.

JPohlman is an excellent writer with impeccable commitment to his posts. His declarations timeless, his style distinct; there are none greater.

Stuz has a way of debating and posting which (especially when paired with his old avatar) leaves me laughing everytime. He has a ferocity and tenacity in his posts that invoke images of a raving madman, yet with focus and purpose. There is a method to the madness, and it is always sharp and entertaining.

MrMacMan is always on the ball. The man weilds numbers like Roland weilds the hard irons at his hip (Dark Tower reference for fun). He knows everything about everyone and is in even the most obscure threads posting.

Rygardal is always ready to represent his tribe with fervor, often breaking apart his oponents debates and crushing piece by piece. I still have yet to see him miss any details when posting and is no way timid when he does.
