I probably would have voted for 2 if there wasn't such an extensive use of the blur.

Voted for 1, effects and the bg in 2 are very good, the render I dislike, though.

Like no.1 effects are nice, dislike the render as it creates a bad flow imo. Text is very good as well.
No.2, as UKC said, is to blurred. Bottom left corner is a bit empty as well but the effects are nice.
