PP prices per Continent

I'd like to create a thread that collects all the information about PP price in all the continents in this world. This will allow both PP farmers and PP-whores to know the best location to chose when joining this world.

I will try to keep this updated as much as possible (hopefully on a daily to weekly basis).

Please post a bottom and top range that you've seen the pp price reach (if you are interested in sharing this information).
