Would it be possible to switch over my prem account over to world 43 as not really playing 42 much as speed was taking my time up

If you have activated the points no.
but if you havn't and your using the same account then you should have the points in the account if your using another account then transfer them

no sorry once you activated them in w42 you can't get them back.
