Failed Vote Premium Items transferable between worlds

Hi,

I think it should be a good idea to being able to transfer items between worlds.
I do not mean all items, just the premium account & account manager items.

All the other items would be too powerful.

Agree here, title seems a bit missinforming & could trigger "no" votes because they only saw the title...

I'd say there should possibly be a delay on certain items to maintain fairness especially account manager.
