Premium only? Guide to basic scripts?

Hi there!

I used to play some ten years ago and I've finally decided to come back. I never used scripts back then, but I'm looking into this time around. The rules are a bit unclear to me.

Are only premium users allowed to use scripts, or is it just easier for them? Can normal users still use scripts in bookmarks and such?

Does anyone have a guide to the basic/essential scripts that I can use to get me started? I'm playing on the open classical server and W108 with all the newer and weirder stuff (I really need to learn).

Just easier, and bookmarks are still legal
