Prestigious Resource Package Use Mod

I suggest making a modification to the way prestigious resource packages can be used. Late game when gaining hundreds or thousands of packages it takes way to many clicks to try and use up the packages. I suggest making a way to use multiple packages at once and even better yet a way to use multiple packages in multiple villages at once.

Well, to be in line with other game features 'all villages' should just mean all in your current group.
