Question Regarding New Worlds

I've been gone for a rather long time so I don't really know what's going on these days, but the last few servers I've seen start have either had no haul settings, or pay to win settings and all of that.

Should I not bother keeping an eye out for "normal worlds" anymore? By normal I mean hauls being enabled, no pay to win features beyond paying the monthly premium account fee's, just a normal world.

Every odd world is a world without P2W features enabled. And because a no hauls world just came out, most likely the world you'd want most would be w85 when it comes out. Or 81 if you feel like starting late.
