Pfft, all the effort to embarrass someone for not sending a "tight" train, I've always found this sort of thing amusing.
Maybe the attacker didn't think the defender was worth the effort. Gummer's right, there are a ton of different reasons why a train could possibly be sloppy. And some of them might very well be embarrassing for the defender. So perhaps instead of immediately jumping to flame mode, you should try sticking to defending (and if you do that well then go ahead give yourself props...see, positive reinforcement).
Flaming just makes people like myself want to join in and help the attacker...with my own sloppy trains just to make a point.
