Questions on nobles and academies

I forgot how nobles work from the last time I played and I'm not 100% acquainted with the coins system.

1. Do the noble still occupy 100 places in the origin village farm, when that noble is used to conquer a village?
2. Can a village produce infinite nobles, with the golden coins system? That means, can we build just an academy in a single village?
3. Is there any reason besides the academy and the building time (and the possibility to deconstruct) to level the HQ beyond level 10 I'm missing?

1) nobleman use 100 pop but when you conquer a village with it the pop will be available again;

2)yes

3)you need level 15 to be able to demolish and level 20 to be able to build academy;
